Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred or 1-3 years in maintenance ops environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or 1-3 years in maintenance ops environment.

Responsibilities

• Workflow management: plan/schedule work and assign to technicians.
• Manage warranties and PM scheduling; back up others when needed.
• Triaging unscheduled drive-ins; communicate with customers and assign work.
• Maintain yard checks to prioritize scheduling and work flow.
• Oversee training and development; manage performance of shop staff.
