Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred or 1–3 years in maintenance operations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or 1–3 years in maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Workflow management: plan, schedule and assign work to technicians and optimize productivity.
• Labor management: supervise and develop personnel.
• Customer management: handle customer relations, issue resolution and vehicle uptime.
• Quality management: conduct inspections and root-cause analysis; ensure safety and EPA compliance.
