Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred or 1–3 years in maintenance ops.
• Maintenance and technical shop experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with a Shop Management System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Workflow management: plan, schedule, assign work to technicians and track productivity.
• Labor management: train and develop personnel; oversee performance.
• Customer management: maintain relationships, ensure vehicle uptime and communications.
• Asset management: manage tools, equipment, and vehicle specs; parts inventory.
• Quality management: conduct inspections, root-cause analysis, corrective actions.
