Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.

• Maintenance and technical shop experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with a Shop Management System preferred.
• Microsoft Office intermediate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow: planning, scheduling and assigning work to technicians; track productivity and coordinate meetings.
• Provide management, training and development of all personnel; oversee performance management.
• Maintain customer relations, ensure vehicle uptime and communicate PM scheduling & follow-up.
• Direct parts inventory management and shop tooling requirements; oversee vehicle specifications in service.
• Ensure quality inspections and root-cause analysis; enforce safety and EPA compliance.
