Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Operations Supervisor to partner with the Operations Manager to lead shift operations at our Midland, TX location.

You will supervise technicians and support staff, manage workflow, labor and safety, and maintain facility and vehicle readiness while driving performance against metrics.

This salaried role includes a comprehensive benefits package, a Monday–Friday schedule, and a competitive annual salary with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; significant experience acceptable.
• Maintenance and technical shop experience required.

Responsibilities

• Workflow and labor management of shop crew; plan, schedule, assign work to technicians.
• Manage customer relationships, ensure uptime and service quality.
• Oversee parts inventory and tool/equipment needs.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
