Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred or 1-3 years experience in maintenance operations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or 1-3 years experience in maintenance operations.
• Maintenance and technical experience in a shop environment required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with a Shop Management System preferred.
• Microsoft Office intermediate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Management: analyze, plan and schedule work; assign to technicians; track productivity; conduct shop meetings; review RO; ensure warranty policies are followed.
• Labor Management: manage, train and develop personnel; conduct performance management.
• Customer Management: manage customer relationships, ensure vehicle uptime, communicate PM scheduling and follow-up; conduct customer visits as required.
• Asset Management: oversee shop appearance and tooling; manage parts inventory and vehicle specifications.
• Quality Management: perform quality inspections, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and ensure compliance with safety and EPA requirements.
