Job summary

Regis Corporation is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Louisville drive-in to lead and manage operations and staff during assigned shifts. You will train, coach, and direct team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining costs and quality standards.

The role requires prior restaurant or retail management experience, knowledge of wage and hour laws, health and safety regulations, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Six months of restaurant management experience or 12 months in retail management.
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local health and safety laws.
• Basic computer, math, and reading skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving, multi-tasking, decision-making, leadership, time-management, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Train, manage, direct, coach, lead, and assign drive-in employees during shift.
• Lead and manage drive-in operations during shift to provide an optimal guest experience.
• Manage staffing levels during shift.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Handle guest issues/concerns during shift.
• Monitor and manage inventory, costs, and quality standards during shift.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Perform station duties as necessary during shift.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness per standards.
• Ensure regular attendance.
