Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum six months restaurant management experience or one year retail management.
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local health and safety laws and regulations.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Train, manage, coach, and lead drive-in employees during shift.
• Lead and manage drive-in operations during shift to provide an optimal guest experience.
• Manage staffing levels during shift.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Handle guest issues and concerns during shift.
• Handle employee issues and concerns during shift.
• Monitor and manage food, labor, and inventory to maximize cost-control and service quality.
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of drive-in records.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, and standards; ensure legal compliance.
• Perform all station duties as necessary during shift; maintain sanitation and cleanliness.
• Regular attendance.
