Qualifications

• At least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing employees.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, direct, coach, lead, schedule, assign, discipline, and terminate assistants and staff.
• Manage employees' compensation per company guidelines.
• Oversee operations to provide optimal guest experience and cost control.
• Lead opening/closing duties and guest/employee issue resolution.
• Plan, forecast, and adjust food, labor, and inventory to maximize efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Lead team meetings and ensure adherence to service standards.
• Maintain records and prepare operational reports.
• Develop and manage local marketing and performance action plans.
• Ensure maintenance of equipment and compliance with laws and policies.
