Job summary

You will recruit, train, coach, schedule, and supervise all team members, manage inventory and costs, ensure safety and sanitation, and report on performance. The role requires leadership and long hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related fields preferred.
• At least three years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Experience running a restaurant shift without supervision.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and managing employees.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, manage, lead, schedule, and discipline staff.
• Manage costs: food, labor, paper, and inventory to maximize efficiency.
• Oversee guest service and resolve guest issues.
• Lead opening/closing duties and daily operations.
• Maintain records and prepare operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
