Job summary

Regis Corporation seeks a General Manager/Operating Partner to lead and manage the drive-in’s day-to-day operations and staff, ensuring outstanding guest service and profitability.

The role requires recruiting, coaching, scheduling, and developing team members, controlling labor and inventory, and ensuring compliance with laws and company standards. Minimum 50 hours/week with nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced studies preferred.
• Minimum three years in restaurant management, preferably QSR.
• Knowledge of labor laws and safety/regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, coach, lead and manage staff.
• Control labor, food, paper, and inventory costs per guidelines.
• Oversee guest service and drive operational efficiency for an optimal experience.
• Manage opening/closing duties and daily recordkeeping.
• Lead team meetings and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Develop and monitor local marketing and business performance.
