Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Process Lead for our Operations team in Pittsburgh. You will lead the performance and day-to-day tasks of the Pack, Receive and Kitchen teams, coaching and motivating staff to ensure order accuracy and fast, reliable delivery to customers.

Reporting to the Site Leader or Manager, you will drive shift operations, manage inventories, and support improvements in quality and efficiency while ensuring safety and food standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of experience in improving processes and efficiencies; ServeSafe Certification highly preferred.
• Ability to work with fluid schedules; availability during peak hours (5pm-3am) and weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pack orders and receive inbound inventory during low vol / min staffed periods.
• Completing ICQA in low vol / min staffed periods.
• Support the associate team in path when there are gaps in shift coverage; assist with equipment movement.
• Lead and direct all associate activities during the shift.
• Escalate site issues in real time to Site Leadership and Live Monitoring for assistance.
• Ensure completion of close/open checklists for OA team.
• Oversee execution of all facility operations and delivery processes for your shift.
• Develop and train new associates within site and kitchen (if Site Leadership unavailable).
• Manual intervention of driver routing and dispatching.
• Shelving moves for reorganization & backstock.
• Conduct audits; assist in meeting performance objectives (labor, order volume, pack times, mispacks, inventory).
• Troubleshoot/root cause analysis for defects within shift.
