Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Process Lead for our Operations team in Pittsburgh, reporting to the Site Leader or Manager. This role sits on the leadership team and focuses on order accuracy and fast, efficient delivery to customers, guiding Pack and Receive and Kitchen teams and coaching staff to elevate the customer experience.

We value team players who can manage shift coverage, drive process improvements, and uphold safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of internal Gopuff experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail/grocery or equivalent.
• 1+ years improving processes and efficiencies; ServeSafe preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pack and Receive and Kitchen teams during shift to ensure timely orders.
• Coach and motivate associates to improve accuracy and speed.
• Escalate site issues to leadership in real time.
• Oversee daily shift execution and set up subsequent shifts for success.
• Train new hires and support safety and cleanliness audits.
