Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Process Lead to supervise the Pack, Receive, and Kitchen teams on shift, driving performance and customer satisfaction. You will coach staff, manage day-to-day tasks, and escalate issues to leadership to keep operations running smoothly.

You will also help with training, coverage, and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards, while supporting peak-hour schedules and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• 2 years internal Gopuff experience.
• 2+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in improving processes and efficiencies; ServeSafe Certification highly preferred.
• Ability to work with fluid schedules; be available during peak hours (5pm - 3am) and weekends.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and walk during shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Professional fluency in Spanish, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Pack and Receive and Kitchen teams during shifts.
• Coach and motivate the team to deliver a perfect customer experience.
• Escalate site issues to Site Leadership and Live Monitoring as needed.
• Oversee execution of all facility operations and delivery processes for your shift.
• Develop and train new associates and ensure shift coverage.
