Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Process Lead to lead the Pack and Receive and Kitchen teams, coaching and motivating staff to deliver fast, accurate orders and an excellent customer experience. You will report to the Site Leader or Manager and direct day-to-day activities, escalate issues, and ensure shift readiness for subsequent coverage.

Qualifications

• 2 years of internal Gopuff experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent.
• 1+ years of improving processes and efficiencies; ServeSafe certification preferred.
• Ability to work with fluid schedules; peak hours 5pm–3am; weekends.
• Team-oriented mentality.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and walk during shifts.
• Lift up to 49 pounds.
• Spanish fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pack orders and receive inbound inventory during low vol / min staffed periods.
• Completing ICQA in low vol / min staffed periods.
• Support the associate team in path when there are gaps in shift coverage.
• Quarterback and direct all associate activities during the shift.
• Escalate site issues to Site Leadership, Regional Leadership, and Live Monitoring.
• Ensure completion of close/open checklists for OA team.
• Oversee execution of all facility operations and delivery processes for your shift.
• Develop and train new associates within site and kitchen.
• Manual intervention of driver routing & dispatching.
• Shelf move activities for reorganization & backstock.
• Execute site-specific projects including audits, onboarding, food safety audits.
• Conduct damage + expiry process audits.
• Assist in meeting performance objectives: labor, order volume, pack times, mispack, inventory accuracy.
• Troubleshoot/root cause analysis for defects within shift.
• Stand, push, pull, squat, bend, reach and walk during shifts.
• Handle products that may contain tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol.
• Work in freezer locations periodically.
• Complete additional duties as needed.
