Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months or more of restaurant, retail, customer service focused, or equivalent experience.
• ServSafe certification by end of training required.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening and closing duties and assist in daily operations.
• Oversee cash handling and register setup/close procedures.
• Train and supervise crew members and Team Trainers to ensure service standards.
• Monitor food safety procedures and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Coordinate schedules to ensure adequate coverage and customer wait times.
• Address VOC issues and resolve customer concerns to delight every customer.
