• Act as Cash Manager as needed, including cash register setup and cash verification at close.
• Perform walk-throughs to ensure readiness to open/close/rush.
• Supervise crew members and Team Trainers to maximize retention.
• Ensure tasks align with company policies to deliver Delight Every Customer.
• Maintain proper shift coverage through crew scheduling.
• Follow up on VOC issues and resolve them as needed.
