Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures for crew members.
• Act as Cash Manager as needed, including opening sets and cash verification at close.
• Perform walk-throughs to ensure the restaurant is ready to open/close or for rush periods.
• Supervise crew and Team Trainers to maximize retention and performance.
• Coordinate and delegate daily operations tasks in line with company policies to Delight Every Customer.
• Assist with shift coverage and scheduling to meet customer service standards.
• Follow up on VOC issues and help resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Onboard new hires in Workday and communicate with the management team.
