Job summary

Wendy’s is seeking a hands-on General Manager in Albany, GA to lead daily restaurant operations and a motivated team. You’ll focus on staffing, training and scheduling to build and retain a 5-star crew that delivers delight to every customer.

You’ll coach shift leaders and crew, enforce food safety standards, and partner with the GM to drive sales and profitability while maintaining a welcoming, respectful work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of years of experience leading people, even better if you did it in a foodservice environment.
• High school diploma or GED. (Some college experience or military background? Tell us that, too.)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards
• Flexible work availability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations and staff of a Wendy’s restaurant with a focus on staffing, training and scheduling.
• Identify 5-star talent and optimize scheduling to place the right people in the right roles.
• Support the General Manager with coaching and development to create a fun, inviting work environment where the team feels valued.
• Help increase store sales and profit through effective leadership and operations excellence.
• Lead Shift Managers and Crew Members to deliver consistent, high-quality service and food safety standards.
