Responsibilities

• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures for crew members.
• Act as Cash Manager as needed, including cash register setup at open and cash verification at close.
• Perform walk-throughs to ensure readiness for opening, closing, or rush periods.
• Supervise crew members and Team Trainers to maximize retention.
• Coordinate and delegate execution of operations tasks while ensuring policy compliance."Delight Every Customer".
• Assist in maintaining proper staffing coverage for shifts to meet service standards.
• Follow up on VOC issues and ensure resolutions when needed.
• Onboard new hires in Workday.
