Responsibilities

• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures for crew.
• Act as Cash Manager; set up cash at opening and verify at close.
• Perform walk-thru to ensure readiness for opening/closing.
• Supervise crew and Team Trainers to maximize retention.
• Coordinate tasks to meet service standards and DELIGHT EVERY CUSTOMER.
• Create shift coverage plans and resolve VOC issues as needed.
