Job summary

Auntie Anne’s & Cinnabon in Tracy, CA is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the team across bakery and pretzel operations. You will supervise during your shift, uphold quality, safety, and guest service standards.

This role blends leadership with hands-on tasks, including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and coaching colleagues. Flexible 20–40 hours per week; 18+ and TB clearance as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• TB clearance required (location dependent).
• 0–1 year of food service, bakery, or retail experience.
• Basic math and computer skills (POS, Microsoft Office).
• Food handler certification (within 30 days of hire).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology.
• General knowledge of food service operations is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and serve as go-to leader during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Motivate and coach team members to deliver guest experiences.
• Handle challenges confidently—from team needs to guest concerns.
• Support operations for Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon products.
• Know when to elevate issues to store leadership.
• Assist with opening and closing, cash handling, and inventory management.
