Job summary

Auntie Anne’s in Overland Park, KS is hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily operations and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll supervise the team, ensure product quality, safety, and cleanliness, and maintain a positive, fast-paced store culture.

Ideal candidates bring 3–6 months of supervisory experience, flexible availability, and comfort with POS systems and basic math. 20–40 hours per week, with opportunities for advancement and training available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3-6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location).
• 0-1 year of food service or retail experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, scoop, and stay active throughout your shift.
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins).
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft, POS systems).
• Ability to taste-test products for quality.
• Cash handling and customer service experience a plus.
• Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days).
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology.
• General knowledge of food service or pretzel operations is a bonus.
