Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years or older.
• Previous supervisory experience (Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, or similar).
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
• TB clearance required where applicable.
• 1–2 years of food service or retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership in daily operations and overall store performance.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Help maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and basic reporting.
• Handle team and guest concerns with professionalism and confidence.
• Step in to oversee operations when leadership is not present.
