Job summary

Auntie Anne’s in Overland Park is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive daily store operations, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee quality, cleanliness, and safety while supporting scheduling, inventory, and reporting.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and are comfortable in fast-paced food-service environments. 18+ and flexible scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous supervisory or management experience (Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, or similar role preferred).
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location).
• 1–2 years of food service or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and store performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory, and operational reporting.
• Handle team and guest concerns with professionalism and confidence.
• Step in to manage the store in the absence of the General Manager.
