DRG Meats LLC, a DRG Arby’s franchisee, seeks a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations on duty and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service. You will act as MIC, uphold standards, and support leadership in achieving financial goals.

The role requires 18+ years old, 6–12 months restaurant experience with leadership exposure, and English proficiency. A background check and SERVSAFE certification may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership exposure.
• Must read, speak and write English proficiently.
• Must pass a background check and SERVSAFE certification if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and maintain customer satisfaction as a top priority.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to succeed across shifts.
• Train and develop individuals pursuing leadership roles, with constructive feedback.
• Serve as MIC and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Assist upper leadership with achieving restaurant financial goals and communicate issues up the chain.
