DRG Meats LLC, operating Arby’s restaurants in Nevada, seeks a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the team on duty. You will ensure top-tier customer service and uphold company standards as MIC, while coaching staff across shifts.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year of restaurant leadership experience, are 18+, and hold a Health Card. English proficiency, background check clearance, and SERVSAFE certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with proven leadership across all shifts.
• Must maintain a current Health Card according to state or local requirements.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass SERVSAFE Certification Course and Exam.
