Marco’s Pizza in Parma, OH is hiring a Shift Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead team members, and ensure outstanding guest experiences during shifts. The role blends hands-on food preparation with supervision, cash handling, and safety compliance.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, be 18+, possess a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to coach a fast-paced team toward operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required food handler certifications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and computer skills for cash handling and reporting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support store crew across all workstations during shifts.
• Perform all crew member tasks when needed (makeline, oven monitoring, packaging, etc.).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Monitor product quality and take corrective action as needed.
• Coordinate with Drivers and the Manager for deliveries.
• Manage cash handling procedures and balance registers.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards.
• Provide coaching and training to team members.
