Job summary

Marco's Pizza is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily store operations, coach team members, and ensure outstanding guest experiences during shifts. You will lead seasonally dynamic teams, supervise food preparation, and maintain safety standards while upholding Marco's quality and service culture.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 18+ years of age, a valid driver’s license, and capability to obtain food handler certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required food handler certifications.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and computer skills for cash handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support store crew across all workstations during shifts.
• Perform all crew member tasks when needed (makeline, oven monitoring, packaging, guest service).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Coordinate with Drivers and Manager for timely deliveries.
• Manage cash handling procedures and balance registers.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members.
