Job summary

Royal City Bell, LLC (Taco Bell franchise) in Lee's Summit, MO, seeks a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations on duty, delivering 5-star customer service and leading a team across shifts.

You will act as MIC, train staff, ensure policy adherence, help meet financial goals, and communicate issues to leadership. Must be 18+, with restaurant leadership experience and SERVSAFE certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant leadership experience.
• Pass SERVSAFE Certification.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star service to customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members across shifts.
• Train and develop potential leaders with constructive feedback.
• Serve as MIC and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Assist upper management in achieving restaurant financial goals.
• Keep leadership informed about any issues at the restaurant.
