Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Manager to drive daily restaurant operations while on duty. You will lead team members, coach staff across shifts, and ensure excellent customer experiences. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and adherence to brand standards.

You will act as MIC, uphold health and safety policies, and support management in achieving financial goals. This non-exempt position requires flexibility across shifts and a commitment to team development.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience.
• Must pass Criminal Background Check.
• Must be able to read, speak, and write in English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Health Card (state/local requirements).
• SERVSAFE Certification required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star service to customers and ensure satisfaction on shift.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members across shifts.
• Act as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) and enforce company policies.
• Assist leadership in achieving restaurant financial goals and cost control.
