Silver State Bell, LLC, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations on duty and deliver exceptional 5-star service.

You will lead team members, train potential leaders, act as MIC, and assist in meeting financial goals while ensuring policy compliance. Applicants should be 18+, with restaurant experience and SERVSAFE certification preferred. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and maintaining a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant leadership experience.
• Current Health Card according to state/local requirements.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must read/speak/write in English.
• Criminal Background Check required.
• SERVSAFE certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star service to customers and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to succeed.
• Train and develop individuals interested in leadership roles.
• Serve as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) and ensure policy adherence.
• Assist upper management with achieving financial goals and P&L management.
• Keep upper leadership informed about issues at the restaurant.
