Job summary

Taco Bell in Kansas is seeking a Shift Manager to take on on-duty operations, lead a team, and ensure top-tier customer service. You will act as MIC, support training, and help achieve store goals while following policies.

Qualifications include 18+ years old, SERVSAFE certification preferred, and strong communication and math skills. A valid health card and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Preferred: 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership across all shifts.
• Must maintain a current Health Card according to state or local requirements.
• Must be able to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to succeed and maintain professional appearance.
• Serve as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) and enforce company policies and standards.
• Assist upper leadership with achieving restaurant financial goals (P&L management).
• Keep upper leadership informed about issues arising at the restaurant.
