Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant experience with leadership across shifts.
• Must read, speak, comprehend and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star service to all customers and ensure customer satisfaction is a top priority.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to succeed and ensure duties are completed on time.
• Develop team members and provide feedback for leadership growth.
• Act as Manager-in-Charge (MIC) and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Assist upper management with achieving restaurant financial goals and communicate issues to leadership.
