Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations on duty. You will lead and coach team members, deliver 5-star service, and ensure adherence to company policies.

This role includes training, development, and support of leadership pathways while maintaining a focus on profitability and guest satisfaction. Requirements include 6 months to 1 year of restaurant leadership, fluency in English, and ability to pass background and ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6 months to 1 year of restaurant leadership experience.
• Health Card as required by state/local law.
• Basic math and reading proficiency.
• Must read, speak, and write in English.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service and ensure satisfaction.
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members across shifts.
• Train and develop individuals seeking leadership roles.
• Serve as MIC to ensure policy adherence.
• Assist upper management with restaurant financial goals (P&L).
• Communicate issues to upper leadership when they arise.
