Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead team members during shifts. You will be accountable for service quality, safety standards, and achieving operational goals.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service focus and experience with cash handling and inventory controls. A ServSafe certificate or the ability to obtain one is required. This is a full-time, on-site position with AES Restaurants.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it.
• Able to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Able to stand for 8–10 hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders as needed.
• Must perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling and reaching motions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and guide team members during shifts.
• Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction throughout shifts.
• Assist with training, coaching and performance feedback of staff.
• Utilize AES systems to run operations and control cash/inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
