Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and guide team members during assigned shifts. You will take full accountability for daily operations when management is not present, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have leadership skills, ServSafe certification, and experience in P&L and operations management to drive high performance and compliance across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance; able to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling and reaching.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilizes AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts.
• Implements restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Sets and meets restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
