Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to lead restaurant operations and oversee team members during shifts, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for daily operations when management is not on site and for coaching staff to achieve targets.

The role emphasizes cash/inventory controls, safety compliance, and achieving service and financial goals while maintaining high standards of integrity and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations during shifts and provide direction to team members.
• Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accountability for operations in absence of management.
• Train and coach team members.
• Manage cash and inventory controls and meet restaurant goals.
