Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations execution and ensure readiness to open/close.
• Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures for crew.
• Act as cash manager; set up and verify cash at close.
• Conduct walk-throughs to ensure restaurant is ready for rush or opening.
• Supervise crew and trainers to maximize retention and performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies to delight customers.
• Maintain quality, production and service standards.
• Coordinate shift procedures and crew schedules for coverage.
• Address Voice of the Customer issues as needed.
