• Operational Efficiency: oversee daily operations, inventory, and cleanliness; ensure timely food delivery.
• Financial & Cash Handling: ensure accurate cash handling and register operations; manage labor costs.
• Staffing & Scheduling: manage breaks, shifts, and coverage to meet demand.
• Food Safety & Sanitation: ensure health and safety compliance and cleanliness standards.
• Problem-Solving & Decision Making: make quick decisions; resolve conflicts with minimal disruption.
