Job summary

Auntie Anne’s & Cinnabon is seeking a Shift Manager to lead each shift, keep operations running smoothly, and energize the team. You’ll uphold quality, safety, and guest satisfaction while reporting to store leadership.

This role values 3–6 months of supervisory experience, flexible availability, and a focus on hands-on coaching. You’ll manage cash, assist opening and closing, and help deliver on the brand's warm, welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location).
• Food handler certification current or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and serve as the go-to leader during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Motivate and coach team members to deliver guest experiences.
• Handle challenges confidently—from team needs to guest concerns.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Know when to escalate issues to store leadership.

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 3–6 months of first‑line supervisory experience preferred
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
• 0–1 year of food service, bakery, or retail experience
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, scoop, and stay active throughout your shift
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk‑ins)
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS systems)
• Ability to taste‑test products for quality assurance
• Cash handling and customer service experience a plus
• Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days of hire)
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology
• General knowledge of food service, bakery, or quick‑service restaurant operations is a bonus
