Auntie Anne's & Cinnabon in San Antonio, TX is hiring a Shift Manager to lead the team during your shift and uphold high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. You’ll coach staff, resolve guest concerns, and support daily operations for both brands.

The role requires 18+, 3–6 months supervisory experience, flexible hours (including nights/weekends/holidays), and basic math/tech skills. Training and benefits are provided as part of a dynamic food-service team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food handler certification current or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and serve as the go-to leader during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Motivate and coach team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Handle challenges confidently—from team needs to guest concerns.
• Support operations for both Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon products and standards.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
