Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
• TB clearance required if applicable.
• Ability to stand, bend, scoop, and stay active throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and serve as the go-to leader during your shift.
• Maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.
• Motivate and coach team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
