Job summary

Cinnabon & Auntie Anne’s is seeking enthusiastic Team Members in a fast-paced bakery/pretzel environment. You will welcome guests, bake and serve products to brand standards, and support a clean, well‑stocked store while delivering great guest experiences.

No prior experience is required; paid training is provided, and growth into leadership roles is possible. Flexible scheduling and uniforms are included, with benefits like health insurance available in some locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays).
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location).
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout your shift
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins)
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems
• Ability to taste-test products for quality
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills
• Food handler certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and register systems

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service
• Prepare, bake, and serve Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s products to brand standards
• Operate registers and handle cash accurately
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized
• Work together with your team to deliver excellent guest experiences
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines
