Nothing Bundt Cakes in Los Angeles is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations during assigned shifts, support team members across all areas, and help ensure guests receive outstanding service while maintaining quality and cleanliness.

You will coach staff, handle opening/closing, cash handling, and daily reporting, ensure food safety standards, and contribute to a positive, team‑oriented culture that reflects the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand.

Qualifications

• Leadership, supervisory or related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Oversee daily bakery operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to team members.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Support guest service, cake decoration, frosting, and production activities as needed.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate operational needs to management.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that reflects the Nothing Bundt Cakes brand.
