Job summary

Auntie Anne’s & Cinnabon in Daly City, CA is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the team during your shift, uphold quality, service, cleanliness, and safety, and ensure guests leave happy.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll motivate staff, handle guest concerns, assist with opening/closing, and help maintain product standards for both brands. Flexible hours and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
• 0–1 year of food service, bakery, or retail experience
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active during shift
• Comfortable in warm/cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins)
• Basic math and computer skills (POS, tablet, smartphone)
• Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days of hire)
• High school diploma or equivalent experience

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 3-6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• 0-1 year of food service, bakery, or retail experience
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, scoop, and stay active throughout your shift
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins)
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS systems)
• Ability to taste-test products for quality assurance
• Cash handling and customer service experience a plus
• Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days of hire)
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology
• General knowledge of food service, bakery, or quick-service restaurant operations is a bonus
