Shake Shack is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to oversee shift operations, ensure safety and service quality, and guide a high-performing team of hourly Team Members. You may support purchasing, receiving, and inventory tasks, and participate in interviews and employee relations to strengthen our hospitality standards.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to manage flow and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
