Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a restaurant leader to help manage service flow, direct shifts, and maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members and may assist with purchasing, receiving, and inventory tasks.

The role includes involvement in interviews and employee relations, supporting a culture of hospitality. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with at least 1 year of leadership

Qualifications

• 1+ year restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification per local rules.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage flow of service and direct work of team members on a shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and speed.
• Help build and lead a high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.).
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
