Shake Shack is looking for a capable restaurant leader to oversee shift operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. You will guide hourly Team Members and participate in staffing and applicant interviews to build a high-performing team.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and hands-on mentorship in a fast-paced hospitality environment with opportunities for growth and impact in the community.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
• Strong problem solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsabilités

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participants in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
