Job summary

Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is seeking a shift supervisor to manage service flow and lead a team of hourly Team Members. The role focuses on safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed, with opportunities to support purchasing, receiving, and inventory activities as needed.

You will participate in interviews and support employee relations, while using strong communication and problem-solving skills to build a high-performing team and maintain Shake Shack's standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
